【Domestic Resident】Rental Requirements

A valid photo ID is required to use rental products offered at the Domestic Resident Rate.

When picking up your rental equipment, please present a valid photo ID that confirms your current residence in Japan.
If we are unable to confirm that you reside in Japan, our Regular Rates will apply.
In this case, you will be required to pay the difference at the store when picking up your rental equipment.

Accepted Documents

Please prepare at least one of the following:

① Japanese Driver’s License
A valid driver’s license issued by a Japanese Prefectural Public Safety Commission.
International Driving Permits are not accepted.

② My Number Card
A plastic My Number Card (Individual Number Card).
The paper “Notification Card” is not accepted.

③ Residence Card
For foreign nationals residing in Japan as mid- to long-term residents.

Requirements for All Documents

All documents must meet all three of the following requirements:

• Include a photo of the holder
• Be valid and not expired
• Show your current residential address in Japan

Please note that passports, student IDs, health insurance cards, membership cards, and any other documents not listed above are not accepted.
