3. Size adjustments at your hotel
If your boots don’t fit, our staff will come to your hotel for immediate size changes.
4. Return your gear at the hotel
No need to visit the shop after your stay. Simply leave your equipment at the designated return area in your hotel.

1. Book & Pay Online
Make a reservation through our dedicated website up to 3 days before your rental start date.
Payment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
2. Pick Up at Your Hotel
Collect your equipment from your hotel locker or designated pickup location.
3. Enjoy!
Experience Hakuba’s powder snow with your favorite gear.
4. Return at Your Hotel
Leave your gear at the designated return point on your final skiing day.

Exchanges
If your equipment doesn’t fit or has any issues, please call SPICY Echoland or inform your hotel staff.
Our team will visit your hotel for adjustments.
Service is available during SPICY Echoland store hours.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation until the day before your scheduled rental start date.
Damage Waiver
Rental prices include a damage waiver.
Please note that loss or theft is not covered, and the full cost of the equipment will be charged.
